What a busy few months it’s been!

In the past 2 months since I last post I’ve been to New York, Copenhagen, Berlin, Paris, Seoul, Nanjing, Dalian and Shanghai and all for the love of work.

To say I’m glad to be home is a bit of an understatement. Sometimes you just can’t beat some home comforts like sleeping in your own bed, drinking English breakfast tea and being able to write your blog (ha that’s just a personal one for me!). I’ve just returned this week to a delivery of fresh towels and the fluffiest bath robe wrapped in yellow ribbons from the kind people at Eve

Are palm trees the new Pineapples? I think they might be. 

All hail the palm tree table lamp in all its glory, and its pals the palm tree candle sticks.

This week I was invited to the House of Fraser SS17 press preview. It might be November, and I don’t want to start wishing Christmas away quite yet, but how nice is it to start thinking about summer and what’s to come for 2017.

I’ve just made the pilgrimage to one the worlds most famous houses, Graceland. Home to Elvis Presley from 1957- until his death in 1977. Some of the rooms haven’t been decorated since 1974 with predominately chrome and glass themes. From lightening bolts painted onto walls in the film room, to the shag pile carpets on the ceiling and walls in the ‘Jungle room’. Graceland was as much a family home, as it was a play house for one of our biggest icons.
